David Crull 

Chief Financial Officer

David brings more than 25 years of experience across the airline, aftermarket, and aircraft leasing sectors to his role of Aquila Air Capital’s Chief Financial Officer, which he assumed in October 2026. David’s career has spanned senior executive roles in aviation finance, operations, commercial leadership, and investing. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Jackson Square Aviation. Previously, he was Chief Investment Officer of KP Aviation and Chief Financial Officer of Aero Capital Solutions and AeroTurbine. David also held senior financial leadership roles at Spirit Airlines. He began his aviation career in the maintenance and engineering organizations of American Airlines and Delta Air Lines. He holds an M.B.A. from the University of Dallas and a B.S. degree in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He is a former U.S. Marine.
