Backed by private equity firm Warburg Pincus, we formed Aquila Air Capital (“Aquila”) in March 2021 as a specialty finance platform, with an initial focus on purchasing, financing, and leasing mid- to late-life airframes and engines.
Today, we have expanded our platform to offer comprehensive full-service capabilities that include in-house origination, lease management, and technical oversight.
